Fact Find Before we commence with any program, advice, or support we need to establish both the commercial position of the business and the personal aspirations of the owner. From that we can establish a plan to deal with the issues and the right arrangements to support our work together whether it is one session or an ongoing program of support. 3. Implementation Sessions Success comes from having the right approach during implementation. There are three cornerstones to our approach.
