It is a simple process to engage with White Room.

1. Initial Meeting

For small business owners it is important to establish a good relationship and match for services. The initial meeting is designed to see if our approach, services and fees are right to help with your issues or objectives. And of course that meeting is on us.

2. Fact Find

Before we commence with any program, advice, or support we need to establish both the commercial position of the business and the personal aspirations of the owner.  From that we can establish a plan to deal with the issues and the right arrangements to support our work together whether it is one session or an ongoing program of support.

3. Implementation Sessions

Success comes from having the right approach during implementation. There are three cornerstones to our approach.

Space
White Room sessions are a way to create the space to step back from the business and identify the real source of issues. It allows you to gain new perspective and insights, take on new learnings, make decisions and take action.

Working with White Room begins to embed a culture of planning which is acheived through scehduling sessions in advance to make sure this valuable time is secured. 

Structure

We bring structure in the form of frameworks, models, templates and tools to support the development of a business at every stage of its journey and leave behind an ongoing system that can evolve with the business.  Structures for decision making, organising and managing in a business.
