Linda Sultmann - Principal Consultant

Linda Sultmann has developed small to medium enterprise market specific programs including the Business Building Program, A Functional Business Program and Partnership Matters Program to support enterprise owners in a top down approach to growing their business. Having coached, consulted and facilitated business owners and participants for over 15 years her insightfulness and clarity deliver both practically and commercially.

The business principles and corporate disciplines of strategic thinking, planning, analysis and systems were gained in her senior management roles in multi national companies L’Oreal and Estee Lauder and through independent education.  Ground up training in her family’s businesses provided a deep commitment to the business context and in particular the issues of small to medium enterprise company owners.

Wendy Rattray - Principal Consultant

Wendy Rattray is a multi-discipline business expert, with broad experience across many facets of a business. As a seasoned commercial manager, Wendy provides practical insights, which drive optimal decision making to meet company goals, objectives and profit.

With commercial experience gained over the last 14 years in a corporate environment she is able to provide a holistic end-to-end service to small businesses. She has a flair for problem solving and creativity to deliver exceptional value to her clients.

Her experience has been gained across a number of organizations in the Retail, FMCG and Telco industries, including Barbeques Galore, AAPT and Pernod Ricard. She has had extensive experience across a number of franchise models, allowing her to assess and improve effectiveness and efficiency both at a franchisor and franchisee level.

Wendy’s passion for small business comes from her own experience. Having set up and led two small businesses of her own, she has first hand experience of the challenges facing her clients, and the skills to help them move forward.

Working alongside business owners and managers, Wendy provides guidance and support through project management, business review and planning, commercial analysis and trouble shooting, to move businesses to the next stage in their lifecycle.
