Linda Sultmann has developed small to medium enterprise market specific programs including the Business Building Program, A Functional Business Program and Partnership Matters Program to support enterprise owners in a top down approach to growing their business. Having coached, consulted and facilitated business owners and participants for over 10 years her insightfulness and clarity deliver both practically and commercially. The business principles and corporate disciplines of strategic thinking, planning, analysis and systems were gained in her senior management roles in multi national companies L’Oreal and Estee Lauder and through independent education. Ground up training in her family’s businesses provided a deep commitment to the business context and in particular the issues of small to medium enterprise company owners. Continually pursuing her own personal evolution and education to provide her clients with ever increasing room to grow themselves and their businesses, Linda’s client base demonstrates the value she delivers by their success, loyalty and referrals.
Penelope has worked predominantly in events management in the hospitality industry both here and overseas. Her key areas of focus are Human Resources and Customer Service which have translated perfectly over to her role with White Room. She joined White Room in August 2007 to help develop the Functional Business Program, support implementation with clients and generally administer the White Room Business. |
